I developed this new, unique product because my family loves to camp and cook dough over a campfire.  We then fill the dough pocket with pudding, jelly, pie filling, etc.  Many people also refer to them as a "doughboy" or "biscuit on a stick".

The problem in the past has been that you need to use a wood dowel to cook them.  This takes a long time since the wood does not conduct heat well, and often the inside stays doughy while the outside gets burnt.  Dowels also are large to deal with and are hard to clean.

The Camp Dough Cooker solves all the problems with dowels.  It is small and compact which means you can carry it anywhere.  It measures only 5 inches long by 7/8 inch in diameter. It is made of 20 gauge stainless steel with a stainless steel set screw to attach it to a stick or hot dog fork.  This is the same type of stainless that your pots and pans are made of, so it transfers heat very easily.  Stainless steel also means it is very easy to clean.  It has vent holes to help transfer heat to the interior.  Using uncooked biscuits or croisants from a tube work best.

You can attach it to an existing hot dog fork, even attach two of them so you can cook two at a time, which really speeds things up!  You can also simply attach it to a stick you find in the woods so you don't have to carry along a long dowel!
